Rick Ponder (Integrity Fusion Products) entered the PE industry with Central Plastics and has been actively involved in growing the PE industry and training individuals since 1995. As a Regional Sales Manager, he originally worked in natural gas and later worked for a pipe manufacturer. He then joined Integrity Fusion Products team and now works as the EF Technical Support and National EF Training Manager. Over the past few years, Rick developed Integrity Fusion’s EF training program to include EF training in all diameters. Rick is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University holding a BA in Organizational Development and a Masters in Management and resides in Shawnee OK.
