Mike Leathers (Pipeline Plastics) Dallas-based Pipeline Plastics is led by Mike Leathers, President & CEO. Founded in 2011, Pipeline Plastics specializes in supplying infrastructure pipe from 1” to 65” diameter across a variety of market segments. The company has expanded to 4 plant locations across the country with manufacturing capability of 500MM# of nameplate capacity. Initially focused on the energy market, the company expanded into other sectors including municipal markets, and has become the nation’s second largest supplier of NGD pipe. Having come from a background in concrete and steel pressure pipe for municipal water and wastewater, Mike has established himself as a leader of leaders in the HDPE industry, and has expanded Pipeline Plastics into a major force in the HDPE industry. He wishes to see HDPE expand further in all segments, especially municipal. Mike serves on the Alliance Board of Directors.
