Booth
Each space comes with a table and two chairs
Each space includes a power strip and house power
Each space is approximately 10′ x 8′ (some smaller, some larger)

Booth Selection
Based upon your sponsorship level
Must be set up by 3:00 PM on Tuesday December 6th
Platinum moves in anytime, gets plum choice
Gold moves in at 8:00 AM Tuesday
Event moves in 10:00 AM Tuesday

Load Out
If you leave displays, boxes and/or pallets for the Alliance to deal with, there will be a minimum $1,500 charge

Showcase Sponsors. Quick Email to announce a few things related to PE Showcase. All the sponsors are in and we have a great list. Now we encourage you to contact your customers and ask them to attend. We need more distributor involvement. Some have stepped up, but others are less well represented. Please help.

  • PE Showcase Registration You can register as many people from your company at any time and still receive the early bird rate….  You get a certain number of people “free” with your sponsorship and any additional people can be added at the early bird rate at any time.
  • What is included? With your sponsor commitment, your free registrations include all 4 days of the show. The only extras would be the Tuesday evening dinners and the fusion card classes. You are welcome to attend all other sessions and meals regardless of what day it is.
  • Show Starts The show starts officially with Showcase Hall on Tuesday evening at 4 PM. However, Monday and Tuesday are deep dive and fusion card training days.  If you want to demo your products for the Tue afternoon newbie class, you should be set up by 3 PM.  Platinum sponsors can select their Hall location on Monday. Gold selects on Tuesday to 10 AM, the event sponsors after that.

Showcase Hall Schedule

Monday

  • Platinum selects space, ok for all deliveries

Tuesday

  • Gold selects until 10 AM, set up day
  • 3 PM New to PE Demos (Hall demos, deep dive class)
  • 4:30 PM – 6 PM  Hall opens for delegate business

Wednesday

  • 8 AM – 9:00 AM Breakfast in the Hall
  • 8 AM – 11:45 Hall open
  • 2:45 PM – 3:15 networking break w/ ice cream in the Hall

Thursday

  • 8 AM – 9:00 PM Breakfast in the Hall
  • 8 AM – 10 AM then Hall closes at 10 AM, OK to tear down

  • Pull 2 Wed – 9:15 AM Showcase Hall
  • Pull 3 Wed – 3 PM Showcase Hall
  • Pull 4 Wed – 6:30 PM Reception
