S1 Tuesday, December 2nd 11:30 AM Dunedin Golf Club

Join us for a memorable golf outing at the historic Dunedin Golf Club, a classic Donald Ross-designed course just north of Clearwater in charming Dunedin, FL. This well-maintained municipal gem offers a timeless layout, true greens and a walkable experience (carts available) steeped in tradition. It’s the perfect way to relax, connect and enjoy a bit of Florida golf during Showcase week.  You can be back in time to grab a beer in Showcase Hall.

 S2 Wednesday, December 3rd 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM Showcase Hall Opening

Start PE Showcase ’25 off right at the Showcase Hall Craft Beer Opening on Wednesday afternoon. Enjoy a curated selection of local craft brews while catching up with industry colleagues in a relaxed, welcoming setting. As the doors open, the exhibit floor buzzes with energy, fresh ideas and new opportunities for 2026. It’s a great way to ease into the week with good beer, good people and meaningful conversations. And when you see someone from the Strongbridge sales team, be sure to thank them for sponsoring Showcase Hall.

S3 Wednesday, December 3rd 6:30 PM Marina Cantina Hosted by Integrity Fusion

Join us for a sunset dinner on the outdoor terrace at Marina Cantina, one of Clearwater Beach’s premier waterfront restaurants. With fresh coastal cuisine, views over the marina and great company, it’s sure to be a highlight of the week. Marina Cantina is known for its bold Latin-inspired seafood dishes, craft margaritas and vibrant rooftop setting. This special evening, sponsored by Integrity Fusion, is limited to 50 guests. Be sure to register early—just a short walk from the hotel.

S4 Wednesday, December 3rd Columbia Wine Dinner – Spanish Wines
 In a departure from the usual wine dinner, we will visit the popular Columbia restaurant on Sand Key well known for its authentic Spanish cuisine. Set on Clearwater Bay they are excited to host our intimate group for a tasting dinner. Peter Dyke will walk us through several Spanish wines including Cava, Albariño, Garnacha and Spain’s signature grape, Tempranillo. as we enjoy the tasty offering from the chef.

S5 Thursday, December 4th 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM Showcase Hall Breakfast

Start your day right with a hot breakfast served in the heart of Showcase Hall on Thursday morning from 8:00 to 9:30 AM. Before the sessions begin, fuel up with freshly prepared eggs, breakfast favorites and hot coffee while enjoying an energizing atmosphere in Showcase Hall.

This is more than just a meal—it’s a chance to connect. Mingle with fellow attendees, catch up with exhibitors, and get a head start on the day’s conversations. It’s the perfect window to build relationships and talk shop before the floor officially opens.

S6 Thursday, December 4th 8 AM – 11:00 AM Showcase Hall Network & Demos

Never played with a DataLogger? Want to do your own fusion? Want to trim a fusion bead? Want to Squeeze off a 4” piece of pipe? Showcase Hall is home for demos. Pipe bursting demos will also be conducted several times during the conference. Start your day right with breakfast, conversation and getting acquainted with HDPE gear. And don’t forget the raffle! We’ll be raffling off prizes during breakfast—don’t lose that ticket! Make sure to drop it in the hat and you might just walk away a winner. Join us early, eat well, and make the most of your morning at Showcase.

S7 Thursday, December 4th Noon  – 1:15 PM Infra Pipe Plenary Awards Lunch   

Join us for the Infra Pipe Plenary Awards Lunch from Noon to 1:15 PM, graciously hosted by Sean Tully and the team at Infra Pipe. We’ll celebrate the 2025 Project Award winners and recognize excellence across the industry. Executive Director Peter Dyke will also provide a forward-looking overview of what’s ahead for PE Showcase.

 S8 Thursday, December 4th 3:15 PM – 4:00 PM Showcase Hall Networking  

The conference moves to Showcase Hall for a networking and raffle session. Snacks, ice cream and conversation are the highlight. Be sure to keep track of those raffle tickets for a chance to win great prizes and connect with industry peers in a relaxed setting.  Once again, all raffle proceeds will support the Engineers Without Borders program.

S9 Thursday, December 4th  6:00 PM – 7:30 PM McElroy Reception

After a full day of sessions, the Thursday evening entertainment starts at 6:00 PM, outside on the beach at the Flamingo Terrace.  Poly Tones front man Alan Ambler will provide an acoustic performance for the Showcasers.  Can’t wait for that one.  Vince King and the McElroy fusion team will be on hand to welcome you and host a raffle during the reception.

S10 Thursday, December 4th 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM Pipeline Plastics Beach Dinner  

Following the reception, guests will enjoy a beautifully prepared seafood and steak dinner crafted by the executive chef at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort. With fresh Gulf Coast ingredients and elegant presentation, this meal promises to be a highlight of the evening. It’s the perfect way to end the day with your colleagues from the HDPE industry.

S11 Thursday, December 4th  9:00 PM – 10:30 PM Fire Pit and enjoy Main Strip (Mandalay Ave)

Given the wonderful setting where Showcase is being held, we are not hosting any events after the Pipeline Plastics dinner. We will have 3 or 4 fire pit spots for you to enjoy a fire on the beach, but that will be it. Enjoy a beach walk or drinks with friends on Mandalay Avenue. See you Friday morning for the final raffle!

S12 Friday, December 5th 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM Coffee in the Hall

Kick off the final day of PE Showcase with fresh coffee, great conversations and a little morning buzz—courtesy of the Strongbridge sales team. Friday’s Coffee in the Hall is the perfect way to ease into the day, reconnect with peers and soak up those last moments of networking. Don’t miss the final raffle pull at 8:50 AM, right before the Municipal Perspectives session begins!

S13 Saturday, December 6th 8:30 AM Streamsong Golf

After the sessions wrap, it’s time to hit the fairways at Streamsong, just south of Tampa, one of the premier golf destinations in the country. With stunning landscapes, world-class course design, and an unforgettable playing experience, Streamsong is a golfer’s paradise. Whether you’re chasing birdies or just enjoying the walk, this is the perfect way to close out PE Showcase in style.  We are offering Saturday only or Saturday and Sunday. Wednesday, December 7th Noon Kickoff Lunch with Awards

This plenary event is when the full delegation of PE Showcase gets together for a meal and welcome by Peter Dyke. Several speakers will join Peter Dyke on stage. Alan Ambler will introduce the Certified Professionals and the first class will graduate. Peter Dyke will make the awards for this year’s Alliance best projects and we will conduct a raffle!

  • 6:00 PM Showcase reception – Held at the Different Point of View restaurant terrace (top of hill) this not to be missed welcome reception is held at the prettiest vantage point in the entire Phoenix valley. Several hundred feet above the valley floor, the Different Point of View is a 5 star restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace, indoor bar and dining room. Entertainment provided by the Poly Tones (WL Plastics). Tickets are included in the fee, but you must RSVP. Grab the shuttle at the valet stand. Sponsored by Vince King and McElroy Manufacturing.
  • 7:00 PM Showcase Dinner (Performance Pipe) DPOV restaurant – Immediately following the reception, the dinner is held indoors on the upper level of the restaurant. You will have your choice of fish or beef. Pls make your selection when you sign up for Showcase. The Showcase dinner is sponsored by Ron Jones and his Performance Pipe colleagues.
  • 8:30 PM Poly Feud DPOV mainstage – The popular PE game show returns.
Thursday, December 8th Alliance Annual Meeting

Report on year, Annual Meeting w/lunch  This meeting is a networking event along with a report by the Alliance on its activities and what is in store for next year. Attendance as a Showcaser is included. Those that would like to attend and have not attended Showcase may pay a fee for dinner.

Showcase Hall – Pretty Busy Place

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Want to know when you may want to visit the Hall? Showcase Hall is your networking home during Showcase when you are not in a session. Our exhibitors are there, demos can be found there particularly on Tuesday afternoon. The opening kickoff craft beer event is in the Hall on Tuesday as well. Session Breaks are there, raffle pulls are held there, sponsored by R&L Manufacturing, breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday is also there. We are pretty excited about the breakfasts too as there will be a great buffet. You will find your non-stop snacks, coffee and beverages there as well.
