Paul Feser, PE is a professional civil engineer with over 20 years of experience with public and private utility infrastructure. I have worked on multiple teams providing designs for civil projects including roadway, site grading and drainage, water and wastewater treatment, water transmission, tanks, wells, and so forth. I have extensive experience preparing plans and specifications for hundreds of projects and I thoroughly enjoy solving unique and challenging problems.
